Shirley Dudak
President
Prior to starting Dudak Production, Inc. 19 years ago with Joe, Shirley had over 12 years of experience in the retail and shopping center marketing field. She has worked with hundreds of individual retailers and for three Mall Developers including General Growth Properties, Homart and The Rouse Company. Shirley has a clear understanding of how the retail industry works, how the shopping center functions and the importance of working together as a team for everyone to be successful. Shirley specializes in creating eye-catching sales promotions that have resulted in large sale increases for individual retail stores as well as entire shopping centers. She has managed marketing budgets over 1 million dollars and has had many opportunities to work with management and leasing on special projects.
Joe Dudak
Vice President
Joe Dudak has been involved in the printing industry for more than 30 years and is the heart and soul of the production end of our company. Whether he is press checking each piece of collateral for continuity in color or planning the distribution of multiple pack-outs, his attention to every detail and follow through is unsurpassed. With a BFA degree in Graphic Design, he understands the design-to-printing process - what works and what improvements can be made prior to releasing printer-ready files. His experience as a Production Manager for General Growth Properties and The Bombay Company, as well as Director of Print and Mail at NordicTrack has helped him to master the sometimes complex process of print production and fulfillment.
Lisa Duchene
Director of Account Services
Lisa Duchene has over 18 years of experience planning, administrating and executing external marketing and internal communications in the retail and wholesale fashion and furnishing environments. Past employers have included The Rouse Company and the Minneapolis Design Center at International Market Square. Specific experience includes public relations, advertising, print communication/direct mail, event creation and implementation, collaterals, tenant relations/communications as well as other special projects. Lisa’s specialties include: Client Relations, Large-Scale Project Management, Event Development & Execution, Creative Problem Solving, Business Development, Branding Implementation and Maintenance.
Dave Campbell
Design & Production
The newest member of our team, Dave Campbell has over 20 years of experience in print production and graphic design. With a BFA in Graphic design, he has held print production and graphic design positions at both print shops and in corporate art departments for the likes of General Motors and Regis Corporation. His past experience includes designing for food labeling, packaging and retail hair care products and services. Dave assists with concept creation, layout/design, editing and print file prep.
